Upon submitting your information, you will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.
Timing:
The Promotion begins on September 29, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time
(“ET”) and ends on October 5, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility:
