Are electronic cigarettes safe to "smoke" around children and babies?

Question by Chris: Are electronic cigarettes safe to “smoke” around children and babies?
I am a smoker and have a 2 year old son and I recently purchased an electronic cigarette. In the research that I’ve done i haven’t been able to find much on what is actually being exhaled while “smoking” them. I NEVER smoke around my son and will not “smoke” an electronic cigarette around him if the second-hand “smoke” is potentially harmful to him in any way either.
