Is that Kit good to go out of the box? Would I need anything else to start smoking it right out of the box? Thanks

Yep that is perfect and is what I started with 6 months ago, The cartridges will probably last you a a few days to a week so if you enjoy E smoking get your self some E Juice which I would recommend from Vapor 4 Life,Halo, Or Johnson Creek. But with that kit yes you will be able to Vape it right out of the box indeed. A Great Choice !
