Question by Rev. Anna: What’s the diff between what’s called the the mini e-cigarettes and just the e-cig?
When looking at websites for e-cigarettes, most say there free, or low cost, Sample kit has “mini electronic cigarettes.” Then some just say electronic cigarettes. I can’t find anything on any listing as to what that means. Help?
